For Scandisign AS, any bus can fit!

Scandisign, a member of Norway’s SafeRoad Group, is one of the leading suppliers of LED-based traffic signs and energy effective illuminated signs for multi-story car parks and airports. Its customers often require products which communicate in various ways. By integrating Anybus-IC from HMS Industrial networks in its traffic signs, the group has ensured a short time to market and a flexible, smooth-running solution.

CANopen Module for ET200S connects Siemens automation and control systems with CANopen

HMS Industrial Networks in co-operation with Siemens AG, introduces the new plug-in 1SI CANopen extension module for the Siemens SIMATIC ET200S I/O system. This new module brings CANopen connectivity to the SIMATIC ET200S distributed I/O system, allowing seamless integration of CANopen devices into the Siemens automation architecture.

Intelligent Gateway from HMS Industrial Networks connects SAE J1939 networks to Siemens PLC systems

This new addition to the Anybus gateway family enables a Profibus-DP Master to read and write J1939 network data for control and monitoring tasks. The gateway accomplishes this by operating simultaneously as a Profibus-DP Slave on a Profibus network and as a CAN node on a J1939 network. Data is exchanged from either network based on a user defined configuration. HMS provides a free Windows-based configuration tool (BWConfig) that allows the user to map J1939 parameter (PGN) data into the module's input and output tables, accessible by the Profibus Master over the Profibus-DP network.

Anybus Communicator from HMS Industrial Networks to connect automation devices via their Modbus interface to Profibus networks

The Communicator is an intelligent protocol converter that provides instant Profibus connectivity. As the automation device remains unchanged there is no need for hardware-, software modifications or extensive engineering work. Modbus is a very popular serial protocol and the industrial automation market contains a wide range of existing devices with a Modbus interface such as temperature sensors, barcode readers, motor controllers and measuring instruments. By using the Anybus Communicator all these devices can be easily integrated into modern automation systems based on Profibus and PLCs i.e. from Siemens, Schneider and ABB.

Anybus® RemoteCom™

HMS Industrial Networks introduces Anybus® RemoteCom™, a new industrial GSM/GPRS based device for remote monitoring and control, alarm management and data logging.

Anybus X-gateway, Reduce your infrastructure cost with the number one supplier of industrial network gateways

Networks used in industrial automation are very often incompatible with each other. The Anybus X-gateways interconnect the different networks and link between different fieldbusses or industrial Ethernet systems. Fully compatible with the PLC network systems of Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi etc, the X-gateways make system integration easy!
